Mental Health Week: May 3 – May 9, 2021

Every year in the first week of May, we celebrate Mental Health Week to raise awareness about mental health. Since mental health encompasses our emotional, psychological, and social well-being, the ultimate focus of Mental Health Week is to promote mental health. It affects the way we think, behave, and act. It also influences how we deal with stress, interact with others, and make good choices. Mental well-being is critical at all stages of life, including youth, adolescence, and adulthood.
